You can also send support questions to support@goconrad.com. Your support agreement must be current to receive phone or remote support. If your agreement is inactive, call us to renew your annual support agreement. Conrad & Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  

Annual Software Support - Frequently Asked Questions

When you purchase your software from Conrad & Company you pre-pay the first year of Annual Software Support.  As stated in your agreement or sales order, Annual Software Support is billed each year on or around the order acceptance anniversary date and is due Net 15.  This is a recurring charge due each year.  

What does my Annual Software Support Include?

Your annual software support includes: 

  • Unlimited free phone and email support
  • Software updates, enhancements or bug fixes
  • Software documentation updates
  • Eligibility to receive on-site support from Conrad support technicians on an hourly (time and materials) basis as outlined in your agreement

How often can we get software updates?

Software updates, enhancements or bug fixes are published at least twice per year  and sometimes several times throughout the year. Many enhancements include extra features and functions that may be useful to your company. Some enhancements may be so significant as to require an additional charge.

In some cases your operating system (e.g., Windows XP, 2000 or Windows Server) may be updated which may require an upgrade to your application software for it to function properly.  Further, you may have added an additional hardware component that could require an update to your application software for it to function properly.

What if I don't pay my Annual Software Support?

Customers will not be able to receive support from Conrad & Company or the application software developer until Annual Software Support or any other past due fees are paid. Past due accounts will be referred to a third-party collection agency.

What if I receive a support bill from the software developer?

Please disregard any support invoices or other support related emails you may receive from the software developer. As outlined above, our agreements with our software developers prevent them from providing support to our customers unless authorized by Conrad & Company in writing.
